I've been taking a little break from the coding side of the new game to work on some music for it. Below is the first song of many for the upcoming game. Enjoy!

The 2D collect-a-thon is still being worked on, however, I've decided to rebuild my platformer engine from the ground up. This will allow for things I didn't have before like momentum and friction. Because of this, it's taking a little longer to get to a point where I want to share some footage of the build. In the meantime though, here's a revamped preview of the hero of the game.
For my next game, I've decided to make a 2D version of a collect-a-thon platformer. I need some ideas though for what moves or abilities the character could learn as they progress. The first things that come to mind are wall jumps, double jumps and rolling. Leave a comment below if you have any ideas you'd like to see in the game.
Thanks!
